  • Fall season officially starts August 1st
  • 7th & 8th graders are welcome to keep training with us until school starts on August 22nd, but you will not be able to compete at the meets.
  • School Registration
    • If you haven't registered for school already, there will be a Cross Country Conditioning class you should sign up for.
    • It is an actual class and will be 4th Period on A days.
  • Fees for Fall Cross Country are 90.00 per student and will show up in DSD after the beginning of the school year
    • 65 - Participation Fee for Meets
    • 5 - Drug Testing
    • 20 - Transportation Fee for Busses
  • Everyone must complete a new registration on RegisterMyAthlete by August 8th.  You will not be allowed to train or compete after the 8th until this is done.
    • Registration will require a signed physical examination form within the last 12 months.
    • SENIORS - If you get an error about your grade follow these steps to fix the problem
  • Please confirm that your name is on the 2022 Roster.  This is the list used to register for our meets.
    • If you are not on the list click the XC Sign Up link at the top of the page and complete the form
    • If you are not on the list you will not race
  • Meets
    • I've added a tab called 2022 Meets to the blog navigation
      • As meets get closer or information changes I'll add more detail.  Please check back regularly
    • I think racing into shape is the best training so I'd like to make as many of these meets work as possible.
    • Meets in red are higher priority.
  • Bountiful Meet
    • We are responsible to host a meet for our Region on Wednesday September 7th
    • I'm working on permission to use Mills Park
    • We are in charge of all aspects.
    • Parents, let me know if you would be willing to help
      • Setup the course
      • Direct runners on the course
      • Start the race
      • Manage timing
      • Document and submit results
